TL;DR The Adelaide branch of this business is a scam
These seem to have 4 plus star reviews on many review websites and so hired them to complete an End of Lease clean. They asked for money up front which at the time didn't sound alarm bells and it became a harsh lesson learned. The price was a premium price as well over 500 dollars for a 4 bedroom house. The first time they came to the property they didn't clean cob webs out of rooms, surfaces in wardrobes, the floors they moped were still dirty, they cleaned kitchen benches before cleaning the oven and range hood, and placed the dirty range

Not surprised Brightzone have a 5 star rating. The team was absolutely incredible. We went with Brightzone for an end of lease clean. Despite having painful real-estate agents, Brightzone went over and above in ensuring the apartment was up to the real estates standards and even checked in to ensure we got our bond back!
