We will work with you from the very start including advising on your land choice if you desire. We will get to know you, your tastes, your lifestyle, your needs. We will then look at your requirements, needs and budget. No matter the house size or budget we offer practical advice on how best to achieve your goals.
We can provide a design service or can work with plans supplied by you. Once plans have been drawn we will provide a fully detailed quote containing all your desired choices. Once you have approved the quote we will prepare a formal HIA building contract as well as all necessary paperwork which will need to be lodged.
We chose Chris and his team to build our family home as we knew we were in good hands. Chris' attention to detail, professionalism and quality workmanship separates him from other builders, the end results speak for itself. Chris' team were also very helpful and polite.
