Drain Cleaning / Camera Inspection Report

Aqua Line Plumbing can service your blocked drains with our drain jetting and CCTV equipment, along with our sonde locator, we are fully equipped to locate and solve your drainage problems. Hydro jetting is a high pressured washing system for your blocked sewer/storm water line.

The new machine was commissioned this morning. The technician said that the plumber and electrician had done an excellent job, which is always great to hear. Just thought I would pass that onto you. Thank you for the work you did. Tas Water did their inspection last week of the grease trap and he said it's one of the best jobs he's seen, so thanks again for a great job.

The plumber they sent me did not want to do any work and suggested that I do it myself. Then had nerve to send a $130 bill including 1 hour labour.
Managements resolution was to pay for a second call-out , and perform a fix that was questioned by another plumbing expert I spoke to after this weird experience.
In detail I have a drain smell. Another plumber said installing an air admittance valve could help- since there are no blockages. Yet Aqualine refused and said on the second call out they will extend my vent pipe- who wants a long flapping pipe on their roof if there is a better way and
