We work closely with a number Real Estate Agents throughout the metro area who utilise our services for routine maintenance on residential or investment properties. This can be anything from routine RCD and smoke alarm testing or installation through to upgrades or replacements of lights, power supplies, electrical appliances such as cooktops, ovens, fans, hot water systems etc.
RCD's are the single most effective measure to prevent electrocutions, serious electrical injuries and fires within your home. Not only that, but they are now considered law when selling or renting your property/s. It is mandatory for owners and landlords to install a minimum of two safety switches to each residential property.

Zac and his team recently fitted out my brand new hair salon in Malvern East and from the start to finish Zac was nothing but professional and more than helpful with advice and guidance. If any of you are after a genuine, honest, punctual and fairly priced sparky, I highly recommend Zac Wyatt. He has done numerous jobs efficiently and promptly on my house now. Even called him this morning regarding my heater and he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule to check it out (it was an easy fix but one I could not do myself)! He's awesome...even cleans-up after himself - a small feat, but one that few do!

I called Zac as I had a couple of problems that needed fixing in my home. From our very first phone conversation Zac was professional, he asked relevant questions and gave me an estimate of the job which was fantastic so I knew what the job entailed beforehand. He was punctual and both himself and his apprentice did the job very well, were courteous to me and my home and left everything cleaned afterwards. I will definitely call him if I need another job done.

We had nearly an entire house fitted with LED lighting and new ceiling fans installed, both replacing dull and outdated fittings that were sub-par at best.
All work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Where time was not available to finish the job in the one day, Zac came back early the next and finished without question.

Damian and the boys recently finished a fit-out at my studio in Wangara. Lots of technical application lighting, controls, and design. The job was handled professionally and finished before deadline.
