Absolutely appalling customer service and terrible job overall.
Had my carpet "cleaned" upon leaving a rental property a few weeks back and pre-paid upon Randalls request, only to have the realestate call me and ask why the carpets had not been cleaned.
His excuse was "it was dirtier than I thought" after he had seen the carpets and we had already agreed on a price, leaving me to find another carpet cleaner with only one day until I was due to be out.
I requested a refund as the service was not to a satisfactory finish to which Randall replied "there will be no refund" and ceased contact.
