Tower 1 is the largest commercial tower constructed in the commercial development at the AU$6 billion Barangaroo project.
Barangaroo is the most extensive urban renewal project in Sydney since the 2000 Olympic Games, with plans for it to become Sydney's future economic precinct. Together the three towers provide around 490,000 sqm of grade A commercial space.
