We could not be happier with Errol's professionalism and expertise with our upholstery cleaning. He even followed up the job to check that we were satisfied. Now, that is fantastic customer service.
I also booked him to clean my grandmother's entire carpeted home and her lounge suite. It looks as if she has had brand new carpet laid and a new couch delivered!

Having worked with Errol in the same networking association, just wanted to leave a testimonial to his professionalism and level of communication. Great pick up and drop off service, amazing job at cleaning pet and strange chemical interaction stains from the rubber feet of my couch off the rug. Very happy i decided to clean rather than replace, highly recommended. Far better than the rug clean i had done only 5 months ago by a regular steam cleaner. Errol clearly takes pride in his work and customer service is exceptional!

Our rug was saved from complete disaster after our large dog left a very large mess on a very delicate and light fabric and then I put products on it who I didn't help ( actually made it worse). The rug was delivered back after plenty of communication and reviews, better than new ( softer) with no hint of stain. Errol is the master and rug genius. Don't hesitate to call. We were referred by another specialist rug cleaner, so clearly he is the best in adelaide. Now just have to keep the dog out!!!

I have used many carpet cleaners in the past such as MYER, Chemdry etc and my only regret with The Rug Man is that I did not discover him sooner!!!!
I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided! There is no-one better to clean your carpets and rugs which all look brand new once he has worked his magic. Have recommended him elsewhere and he can remove the most stubborn stains and you are able to walk on carpets within 30 minutes. Highly professional, add value service.
