A New hot water unit Rinnai B26 was installed yesterday the 01 Nov 2021 for a price of $1398.00.
Today morning the 02 Nov 2021, The hot water was not working rang the Auswest Mr Dave who send the Plumber out to check. The plumber confirmed the the new Rinnai Unit is faulty, I was asked to ring the owner who is Mr. Dave, spoke to Dave who simply refused to replace the Unit saying this is a warranty product and it was customers responsibility to contact the Rinnai company and get it fixed. Inspite of taking $1398.00 for a product he supplied supplied and fitted just yesterday he refused to change

Austwest was very responsive and professional in their work. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I have water leak pipe that require repair and it was done and tested very quickly. They also help me to submit the water leak allowance through watercorp. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend them to others in our locate community.

Thanks to Austwest Plumbing and Gas. Our hot water service had a melt down and Austwest Plumbing and Gas were able to provide an accurate quote and replace the unit within 24 hours. They were excellent in their communication both prior to the job and on site. The young man who completed the installation was very friendly and he did a complete clean up. we will certainly use Austwest Plumbing and Gas again. i

We have had a number of jobs done by Austwest, over the years. All have been completed with efficiency and courtesy.
For the last 2 jobs (installation of laundry taps & sink and bathroom underfloor pipe repair), plumbers arrived on time and completed the major jobs with a friendly manner and minimal fuss.
I commend David and his team - Ron, Mark and Simon.
The cost for all jobs have been reasonable.
I will continue to use Austwest Plumbing and Gas. Thoroughly recommended.
