Terrible cleaning... don't waste your money with this company!
We had two rooms done and within 48 hours all the stains re-appeared. I took a photo and sent it to them and was told it was pet urine when I know it wasn't. Also I told him there was a pet stain on a mat which didnt come back but the walkway in our bedroom.
He offered to come back and clean it again and would be in touch.. I followed him up and he kept saying in due course he would contact me..... still waiting....
