Have a $1200 Onga pump just out of warranty, took it in on Thurs to have repaired, only to be told they are disposable pumps that can't be fixed, throw it away and they will sell me a new one for $1700.
14/04 After a lot of negotiations back and forth PPS have replaced our submersible pump with an above ground pump. I do think though "Buyer Beware" the Onga submersible pump is a sealed unit that cannott be repaired , even though the owners manual states otherwise. We never would have purchased one if we were made aware of this fact. But thanks PPS for our new pump.

We operate a Resort in Cape Tribulation , a remote destination so when a fault occurred with one of our sewerage pumps ,luckily we had a spare BUT there was a broken bracket that bolted onto it which was the needle in the haystack,. After much searching we were about to resign to the fact that huge expense was required to modify the system . We were fortunate to be reccommended to try PPS as a last resort . Well WOW ! We dropped off a pump to be rebuilt so it could handle the salt water ,we were in a bit of a hurry to have it up and running to catch the next full moon and not one but quite a few fellows all got together and had our job done in about 2 days ,They did a great job and the pump has not missed a beat since .
