Hello Barry, I had one of your employees Mark come to my home as we had a very odd smell in the room. He identified it to be a small part in the aircon filters. He was absolute fantastic polite happy thorough and you could see he loved his job, He truly is an asset to your business. I also noticed you do floor tile cleaning which he demonstrated to me it was like a miracle I have booked to have this done as well very reasonably priced.
Our Inspection process involves the identification of all visible mould and the source of the problem, and making recommendations that provide a real solution to preventing any further mould growth. We do this by way of Building Forensic science. An Inspection report is issued, illustrated room by room with photographs showing the exact extent of the mould growth.

My tenant failed to report condensation and mould problems for over a month after first noticing them and only because we contacted them re a pura tap filter change. When they decided to report it they suddenly considered it to be incredibly dangerous and urgent. I called Barry late on Thursday afternoon. Barry agreed to rearrange his schedule to have my rental property treated the very next morning. My tenant complained even though I couldn't determine if any of the tiny remaining spots they photograhed were actually mould. I left a message for Barry when I received their complaint on Sunday morning
