Great fast follow-up- very responsive
Adam came out the same day I emailed, looked at the challenging location and came up with a great installation plan.
18 months later after going well there was suddenly no production. Again Adam attended my property the same day, checked the roof and contacted Fronius. After an inverter update all is working well again.

Great Company and Staff to deal with!
We have dealt with Adam Solar 3 times in the last 2 years. Always great communications and all trades on time and doing a fine job. We had a problem with the system installation and Adam rectified to 100% with no hesitation. We then upgraded to twice the solar panels and Tesla battery. Installation guys were excellent and all systems working perfectly.

I'd highly recommend Adam Karroum and Adam Solar. Adam responded promptly to my request for quote. He was the only technician to actually get on the roof with me to point out potential panel sites, any issues with shading and structure, etc. The quote (including the video) was comprehensive and I was assured of both the quality of product and value for money. Adam was so accommodating nothing was too hard. Dealing directly with Adam (company owner) who came and did a site inspection on the day I enquired about Solar to make sure I could fit a 6.6 kw system just goes to show the outstanding level of customer service. Adam kept in touch throughout the process and just made it work. Price matched competition and called by during installation to check on how the install was going and even provided lunch!!! Outstanding service cannot recommend more highly. The only place in Adelaide to go for Solar.

Adam is an expert at what he does, from quoting, service and advising his team of installers. Streamlined process made simple. This is the second system I have purchased from him. Firstly when I called he answered straight away responded to all my questions and gave me an option for a solar system which he emailed me the finer details in less than an hour. I installed my solar system with Adam 15 months ago. The initial installation was quick and hassle free. The installation team was also very professional and friendly.
I had to contact Adam again recently due to changing my WIFI network that was connected to the inverter and no doubt I have received a very helpful guide from Adam once again. Deeply appreciate the after sale service. A great company to deal with.

Adam was excellent to deal with. Always very prompt in responding to my calls and e-mails, even if that meant him contacting me after hours. Work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was very high. He has continued to provide excellent support and follow up whenever needed. Most importantly, the results have been fantastic. It is a joy to being receiving electricity bills in credit!!
