Every home whether private or a government advocacy that requires NDIS/SDA funding requires certification from an Assessor. LHA push for the adoption of its design principles which are classified into 3 levels of compliance - silver, gold and platinum. The principles include concepts such as wider foot paths to front doors, no change in ground level at doorways and no thresholds at those door ways.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our entire unit was built so poorly that everything is falling apart and has been since we moved in three years ago.
We’ve been waiting for years to have the SAME issues taken care of. All of our doors rattle, our cabinets don’t close properly, our towel rack has come off the wall, paint is peeling, water leaks from the shower, we don’t have locks on our bedroom doors, our balcony was in such a state and leaking water into the downstairs unit - they had mold in their apartment that caused them illness and forced them

My husband and I would like to recognise Roksolid for their high standard of building and design on the past three projects we have invested in with them through 2017 and 2018. We also look forward to investing in further new and existing projects through 2019.
