Founders Michael Loxley (Mick) and Peter Pappalardo (Pete) have been building small homes in this region for over a decade. Since the launch of East Coast Granny Flats & Small Homes in 2015, the pair have carefully selected a team of professionals able to manage the development process from concept to completion.

The designs look nice (hence the second star) so I enquired about one of the options. I received a phone call from Peter who sounded like he would rather be doing anything else but following up on a sales lead. Blunt, condescending and stand offish on the phone to a confused, friendly, genuine enquirer. After getting some information (like pulling teeth) I asked for him to send some follow up information via email, which he said he would. Still waiting two weeks later..
