We used Tony to assess and repair some damaged ridge capping and tiles on our old 60’s tiled house. His assessment was very thorough and his repairs have certainly stood the test of time. The job looks excellent as well. With no input from us, Tony undertook to repair issues with gullies and flashing which had created issues over many years which many previous contractors had been unable to rectify. He also pressure cleaned a large section of moss infested tiles which now look as good as new – a couple of years down the track. We were so impressed, we also utilized Tony to repair some long-standing issues with our steel patio where it had constantly back-flowed onto the gutters and left our outside area unusable with even moderate amounts of rain. Again – outstanding result. With little prompting, we were also able to talk Tony into returning to install a make-shift structure to protect our vintage caravan from the elements and prevent any water ingress and provide insulation to cut down on heating and cooling costs.

Tony and Daryl spent a few days fixing up leaks I had put up with for many months. After systematically investigating the problems, they were incredibly thorough in solving them. The test came - and after several recent days of rain, what used to be damp areas inside are now DRY. They also installed whirlybirds for ventilation. I have no hesitation in recommending Bedfords Roof Restoration. They are awesome!

After contacting Tony by phone for a leaking roof repair, he confirmed that he should be able to get out to me by the end of the following week. He asked that I email through my details, which I did, with a follow-up email when I hadn't heard back a week later. So now I've spent two weeks with water coming through my ceiling and no phone call or return email from the guy who agreed to come and fix it. I understand that the weather is bad and roofies are busy, but a little communication goes a long way.

Tony did a full repair and restore on our 1950-something tile roof that we thought needed replacing. Looks a like new without looking like someone just slopped a coat of paint on it. And the leaks are gone! (There were a lot of leaks...). I reckon this roof now has another 50 years ahead of it. Tony is friendly, communicates well, is pedantic about the quality of his work, and he went out of his way to accommodate our time-frame. Highly recommend him for any roof work you have.
