No so professional and rude.
Called them and booked an appointment 27.10.2020 and asked them if they could assist with my carpet cleaning today as i had inspection the following day and they agreed told me a technician will be there at 3:30pm. No-one showed up around 3:30pm and i had to call them again (staff wasn't even friendly) and was told the technician was on the way. Had to cancel all my plans and waited for another hour and no-one showed up and i didn't receive even a message. Tried calling them again a couple of times but no-one picked my calls.

Imran and his team recently cleaned our large commercial premises for an end of lease clean. The agent was inappropriately requesting too much that was far beyond what the initial premises were like. To avoid any arguments, Imran continually provided thorough cleans of carpets and premises to my satisfaction and the agents satisfaction. I can not recommend Cleanetic Carpet Cleaning highly enough. I used this service as an end of lease job. The staff were very professional and responsive with my booking (I had to change the time). Arrived promptly and ready to do the job. Was told the day before that they would be at the apartment by 10.30am (to collect the keys from my real estate agent so I was unaware they were late) only to have someone call me at 11.30 saying they are on their way.
I was never notified of the late arrival and once told by the worker (not the owner, the original person I made the booking with) I received a call from the owner and he was yelling and speaking extremely rude to me and had 0 professionalism by blaming me and making up ridiculous excuses instead of understanding his wrong doing and apologising.
