Over the years, ultra violet light, moisture and dirt can cause severe damage to the appearance of concrete tiles. This can result in discolouration, mould growth, and an unsightly looking roof. We use Dulux AcraTex Roof Membrance which is specially formulated to restore aged and weathered concrete tiled roofs.
Gold Coast Roof Restoration - A roof restoration service changes the external appearance of your house immediately, transforming the look of your roof back to new - giving it a fresh, well cared for appearance. While a newly restored roof may be able to add to the overall value of your home, in a competitive real estate market it can also help you to sell your home quicker.
We can assist you with replacing broken tiles, changing rusted valley irons, relaying new mortar (re-bedding), installing a new topcoat of flexible pointing (re-pointing) and resealing roof penetrations. Unfortunately your roof has not been built to last forever, and over time it will begin to deteriorate.
Roof RePointing Gold Coast - Is your tiled roof ridge cracking? If your pointing has cracked or deteriorated, your roof is far more likely to start to leak which will cause damage to your home. Roof RePointing is a second layer which goes over the top of the bedding to help create a stronger hold for on the tiles and seal the roof against dust and water.

After a gnarly rainstorm this summer that had all the evidence of a tornado to boot, my three season porch started leaking. It became clear I needed someone to replace the roof so I started looking for quotes. My criterion was simple enough, someone experienced, passionate, affordable, and shows the patience of a school teacher when I ask alot of questions. I probably took seven quotes from contractors near and far and to my surprise passion and patience were in short supply among most. Bill was the only contractor to meet my criterion and then some. He is the perfect mix of old school experience

I called Gold Coast Roofing LLC when our skylight was leaking after reading other positive reviews. Bill came by the very next day (on a Sunday!) and explained the work that needed to be done. I spoke with other roofers and none were as knowledgeable, responsive and detail oriented as Bill. He completely the work on time and handled everything from ordering new parts to cleaning up onsite. I would highly recommend him for any roofing needs!

Gold Coast was amazing when I had an emergency roof leak. Water was pouring down the side of our chimney into our den. They came over immediately and fixed the problem right away and for a great price. Never tried to fix more than what was broken. They are awesome. Definitely our go to roofer from now on. The owner is awesome! I recommend them highly.

I called Gold Coast Roofing on a Thursday evening after I noticed some shingles missing from my roof. They promised they would be out before the next storm. They actually came out a few days later, on a SUNDAY, and repaired my roof. The guys were great! And very professional. I highly recommend Gold Coast Roofing.
