Such a pain to get spare parts from them. I got adviced to not call them because is waist of time. I have been there twice, still don't have the parts. Worst service I have experienced so far in whole Sydney.

Great shop, with great range, good price... some products cheaper some dearer (overall very competitive price).
Huge shop front, It's like a one stop shop. If the product is not display on the shop floor they might have it at the storage. One gentlement there got top of the class customer service. They online price is even better, a little discount as they trying to go digital and push the online sales.
Free delivery for order over $100, that's awesome and work great for us.
The website need a little improvement because it is easy to buy the one on special/promo but the other stuffs were hard

I just popped in last week to look at an auto scrubber for my business. The salesman there was fabulous, informative, he knew his product and kindly showed me how it worked. He allowed me to try it also with no pressure to purchase. This machine was exactly what I was after so I purchased it on the spot. I have already used it twice and I cannot believe the difference it makes to my floors. Thank you for such a professional service.
