Gave them the key's to close up when finished they left the place unlocked and had not cleaned at all. They said it had not been paid for I paid it for my son as I could not contact him at the time. Turns out it was paid for. I have asked for my money to be refunded for months now. Do not use .....

An absolute disgrace. Reviews on their webpage are clearly all made up and not a true reflection of their work. Full payment was made and zero communication around returning to complete once the Real Estate Exit Report was done despite them stating several times someone is organising it and a supervisor is being contacted. It took me three days to try and organise someone to go back and re do the property and in the end I had to go back and complete the task myself or risk losing my bond all together. DO NOT USE!!! Took my money upfront, arrived later than the booked in time, didn't complete the job, phoned them and they said that they would return the next day. Didn't show up, they came back on the Sunday, was on site for 45 minutes Max, said the job was done. When I walked through and went and told them that it was not done, they came in wiped one wall and then left when my back was turned. Would not answer phone calls, told me to get the realestate to chase them up but would not give a receipt. I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back.

Was very happy to take my money off me straight away but will not cooperate when told that their clean was still not good enough from my realestate even after the second clean. It’s very hard to get a hold of anyone to speak too and will not give my money back. They state on their website that they have a ‘7 days bond back guarantee’ which is clearly fake and false advertising. I will be taking my matters through to the ACCC and not letting this company get away with it.

There's a reason why they're cheap. From start to finish was more of a hassle then doing it yourself. Was told 9.30am two employees would arrive. 4.30pm one employee arrives and does an okay job for just a stand clean YOU COULD DO YOURSELF. payed for a bond clean unfortunately and it wasn't even close. Will cost you your bond if you go with this scam of a company. They will ignore your texts and calls refusing to give you your money back. At best you will have the same one person come back with a 3 in 1 sanitiser and some rags 👌 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Scam - do not book with them. They will rip you off. Booked my bond clean for 10am in the morning and they didn't show up until 7pm in the evening after continuously telling me that they were "half an hour away". When they did finally show up in the evening they demanded money upfront and ended up not doing the job. They did not clean the carpets even though I was charged for it as they claimed there were too many stairs in my building (which they never told.me upfront) they did not clean anything what they promised and left the place half way through the job. When I called they wouldn't pick up

This company is a scam. They demanded payment up front and the first clean they attempted was so bad that our real estate questioned if anyone had done it at all. After promising to rectify the issue with a second clean, they came and did an even worse job, which resulted in the real estate using our bond to pay for someone else to do the job they obviously could not do. The customer service is a disgrace and the service itself is fraudulent and arguably illegal. We are still trying to get a refund for the negligent service we received, which has been made almost impossible by their unresponsiveness

WORST cleaners EVER. Do NOT pay them upfront. They send in a team of non-english speaking "cleaners" who don't know what you are telling them - and then they sneak out before they are finished the job! They then REFUSE to come back to finish unless you pay an additional sum. DO NOT BOOK THESE CLEANERS - they are a scam! They take your money up front - promise to turn up - and then DON'T TURN UP and DON'T return your calls! Never have I ever had the misfortune of dealing with such a dishonorable "company"....I reiterate - do NOT book these people!!!!!!!
