Went here to buy half a dozen specialty beer glasses (Headmaster) only to be told rather brusquely by the sales assistant - who seemed more focused on cutting up coloured paper than attending to a customer - that they only sold them in boxes of 72. Now, it is a catering supplies shop, but would it really be too much trouble to open a box and sell the glasses individually or in smaller lots, as they do with other glassware products? It appears non-commercial customers are not wanted here. I took my business elsewhere and ordered the glasses on Ebay.
