Artisan Electrical did an amazing job on my interior and exterior lighting project in MD. They were on time, flexible, and provided expert, professional advice throughout the process. Just my luck, my light switch broke off. After googling quick solutions, I knew this was a problem that was out of my league lol. I came across nothing but positive reviews for Artisan Electrical and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did.
The customer service and communication from the staff was excellent. I was set up with a quick appointment to repair a broken light switch and replace an outlet with a stuck reset button. Contacted me almost immediately after purchasing ceiling fan from Home Depot, easy appointment scheduling, even contacted me 2 days before appointment to see if i was available for an earlier appointment, which i took. The electricians arrived on time, were very professional and completed the work and 2 other items I requested with ease and expertise. Every person I dealt with at Artisan was extremely professional and responsive. The overall cost to do the work was very reasonable. It was an excellent experience to have Artisan Electrical install light fixtures in my home. The electricians were on-time, professional, polite, and did outstanding work. The office staff were also very polite and made scheduling the appointment and paying the bill incredibly easy. The charge was very reasonable. I was so pleased that I requested an estimate for additional electrical work I need done. I highly recommend this company.
