We have had the team from Janissen electrics attend for a number of jobs at our home in the past 12 months, after getting a referral to them from a parent at our kids school. I even received a thank you call from their Ops Director Simon for accepting the referral, which was a top 5 service experience for us. Jobs have included large appliance repair and maintenance, smoke alarm install and advice, GPO install and light fitting replacements. We've found all of their team to be fantastic to deal with, the office was courteous and flexible and the sparkys that worked on site were extremely thorough

Janissen Electrics — a pleasure to deal with — Simon, Adam, Alina and the entire team are very courteous and professional! Very prompt and efficient service!!!
Called Simon regarding an electrical problem at home in Booragoon — the power was constantly tripping during the thunderstorm on 5 August. Simon said he would speak to Alina and check if… there was technician working in the area. Within minutes Alina called me and informed that a technician who was working in the area would be there in 30 minutes.
As promised the technician arrived within 30 minutes, identified the
