We had our solar hot water system installed by them and had been having issues ever since they installed it. The collector in summer was hitting 150 deg , we rang and informed them and made them aware , six months later the internal tank expanded and they replaced it as was under warranty . Still issues with the collector temperature. Finally being winter we noticed the collector being 98deg at 5 pm on a cold and overcast day . So called them again , they came out checked it , said to replace a sensor and he said , “ they will be no charge to replace it “ , they came back to replace
