Absolutely terrible customer service, and terribly rude. Ricky has absolutely no cleaning skills what so ever, and is simply ripping people off. He should not be in the cleaning industry at all. After his second visit at the house to rectify problems pointed out by the real estate, I had to spend 2 hours of my own time this afternoon sweeping all of the floors and cleaning all surfaces/cupboards. After paying A1 $550 to do the job that they agreed to do! He claimed he spent over 17 hours the first day, and 4 hours the
