I booked a home air con service a month ago. Due for service today. They called me last night and left a message that the Tech was now unable to make it and to please call to rebook.
I have just spoken to them to rebook and they have now said sorry, but they cant get me in for another booking for another 2 months! So that would make it 3 months from when I first called to book!!
I would have thought that if they cancelled they would organise things around to get me rebooked asap. Obviously waiting 3 months is completely unacceptable.
Would definitely not recommend this unprofessional bunch.

Needed my hot water cylinder check and the thermostat replaced and Eric and the other young gentleman were really great. They did a general check then locate where the issue might be and got straight in to it. Very knowledgeable about their job and even explained it to the simplest term to make sure I understood what the problem was. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We have used Static twice now (on recommendation from our plasterer). Both times we have been impressed with the professionalism and care - for both our house, their work and us as clients.
Today's job was a list of multiple "small" jobs - Brenton tackled them with just as much as dedication as a big job would require. He explained the issue and how it'd be fixed. He explained it clearly and simply but not condescending like other tradies have done in the past. His work was neat and tidy. The onsite quote and pay was very convenient. 100% recommend Static and Brenton.

Static Electrics did a few jobs for me today in my new apartment and I am really happy with the work. I received the quote one day after the initial visit and had the work completed a few days later. Everything was done well, including cleaning up and explaining how to operate new ceiling fans. Very friendly, helpful and professional team. I would recommend them without hesitation.
