In-Tec Commerical Cleaning recently undertook a building wash and high pressure clean at a Body Corporate I manage. You need to take businesses off your call list when they ask you to! Three calls from this business so far. NOT GOOD!
Update: We only have one location in Australia/Worldwide. I spoke with the same young male, with a heavy Spanish (?) accent two times and a female, again with a heavy accent in the last month, all three times advised to take our business off the call list as our building manager manages the cleaning. Some feedback for your telemarketers.

Our regular cleaner was away on holiday for 2 weeks. I completely forgot to reorganise until the last minute.
In-Tec were great, they had everything sorted within a few hours of me making a phone call. They even managed to squeeze our cleaning in on the days when we wanted despite being busy.
