Do not use this company! They also absolute snakes. We incorrectly purchased a drain, they tried to charge 20% to restock it. When I tried to ask them to reduce to 20% the manager got very angry and then refused to take them back entirely. He’s was very threatening. Do not use this company. Do mot buy any thing from this company. Find an alternative to avoid having to deal with them. Terrible customer service and awful human beings to deal with.

I am a builder who have used this business for 8 years , obviously years of patronage mean nothing , The way I was spoken to over the phone was demeaning and disrespectful, being shot down and told that they where to busy to talk to me when I was attempting to follow up on a quotation . Then I was hung up on . Do not use these guys . They don't deserve your money .

I purchased from them over 3 years ago, and emailed them on Saturday asking if a particular part was available to purchase as mine had suffered some wear and tear. Received a reply within the hour, and the part was supplied free - and couriered - and was waiting on my doorstep on Monday afternoon. Great service, and more than deserving of a good review! Great work.
