The Sandlewood 28 has been designed for the requirement of a double car garage on the narrow lots commonly seen in today estates. Fitting on a 9mx32m lot, the Sandlewood 28 comprises a double garage, 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, en-suite, meals, living and leisure room. Available in a rage of facades, this design shows that even on narrow lots a double garage is highly achievable.

When we decided to start looking for our Dream Home we never thought we would end up with everything we imagined. I couldn't hide my surprise and excitement the moment I saw this wonderful house. Even as a turnkey, a ready to move in and we got exactly what we wanted. We felt in love with the plan and as I asked Daniel quite a few times I don’t know how these people saw through our mind.
We have seen many houses during our search but this one has a soul. You can say “Its build with love”. I don’t know how to explain it, but I felt Home when I saw this place not like an investment property

From the first time I met with Daniel and Jason on my vacant lot, the level of care and customer service has been amazing.
