To be honest 1 star is too much to give this company. They are willing to take your money and they will always make contact for payment but when you try and get information about your build there is nothing but silence. They ignore calls and emails.
I signed up for a very simple build in January it’s now November and nothing has been done except they keep wanting more money.
Please be careful when dealing with this company. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
Due to the terrible customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone.

What a waste of time.
Signed a contract in June 2020. Sales guy tells us we we be finished in December 2020.
Not a word , phone call, email....
No one would answer my calls. I had to contact them on the facbook page to get someone to talk to me. November cames around and they take my patio's down but then nothing... there was no shade for my dogs.
They have no clue in customer service.
March comes the project starts. Cost me a extra $10,000 because they didn't put part of in my contact April comes around and finally a shed that leaks.
Patio's go up leaks.
Worst company ever.

From the initial quote right through to the final installation last week, everything has been handled professionally, on time and with consideration by all.
I was particularly impressed with the installation. It was completed as planned and the installer Chris worked through part of the installation considerations with me. The finish looks great and the quality of workmanship is excellent.

We contracted Factory Direct to supply & install a colourbond double garage & very soon after a large patio. We got lots of quotes & thought we went with the best Company, based not on price but the Warranty offered. Although the salesman, Mike was helpful, friendly & very personable, we had nothing but trouble with nearly every aspect of the installation of both, especially the patio. Some of the issues included, but were not restricted to: materials not being properly coated, repeat visits to fix poor workmanship by collegues, lots of broken tiles on our (then) newly restored roof that we had
