Greg Byrnes has over 15 years of experience in the electrical and civil construction industry. Greg's diverse background in project delivery includes; substations, traffic signals, road lighting, CCTV and fibre optic installations. Greg has facilitated the completion of upgrades with major Government and industrial clients in various technical and management positions.

Boeing recently encountered a high priority need to establish fibre optic cable at one of our Operational sites. The time-critical nature of this need initiated a search across a range of suppliers who could satisfy very stringent requirements for schedule, flexibility, cost and quality. I gave 1 rating as I couldn’t give a lower rating. Their hiring process is incredibly unprofessional. At first, they asked me a preferred time for interview and when I replied they didn’t respond. After following up for a few days she came up with a response that the position has been put on hold and they are not taking interviews. Then again no response for 3 weeks. When I followed up again all she had to say was that she apologised that the position was already filled with the first candidate they interviewed but they forgot to tell that they had started interviewing again. I would have understood

We had a scheduled 8 hr electricity outage due to development works across the street. Darren from GNB Energy was coordinating this. We contacted him after a letter drop to explain we had essential medical equipment and would find it difficult to manage such a long outage. We had several conversations over a few days discussing various options and he managed to keep our power on for the whole day. Darren listened to our concerns. He managed a solution that worked for all parties with tight time constraints. He went above and beyond by contacting us the day after the outage to make sure things were

This Energy company works within the supply and distribution Industry within the ENEGEX and ERGON network. I can attest to the companies policies and greater detail for Health and Safety. The supervisor Darren is reputable in leadership, experience and knowledge of his workforce and the network. GNB have worked remarkably to facilitate their own fleet of high quality trucks ie: Elevated Working Platforms, Crane trucks, work utes for any size job, trailers and cable trailers.
I would recommend this company for all construction and service work within QLD.

All aspects of dealing with GNB Energy for a property pole replacement have been exceptional. From a straightforward and competitive quoting process with Naheena and Greg, to a very professional installation (in a challenging circumstance) led by Brodie.
