Professional, friendly, kept me in the loop of all updates. Answered my questions and solved my electrical problems. Not like other tradies I have used, actually came when he said he would. Mark was very prompt to respond to my recent enquiry regarding some electrical work that I needed doing in my apartment. He was able to attend my apartment and give me a quote later that same day, and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable quote. Within a week he had ordered the parts he needed, and returned to fit and install everything. He was pleasant to deal with, and was clean and tidy with his work. Highly recommend.
