The block of land needs to be thoroughly investigated, to determine the orientation, setbacks, aspect, and most importantly what lies beneath the surface, the soil type. If you have a budget to work to, these two factors are key parameters around the design.
First we meet with you and discuss your objectives and ideas, while providing professional advice and feedback. We'll ask you a lot of questions and capture all of the critical details. This gives us an overall picture of your design requirements, budget, and the best way to approach the project. A quote for the building design will then be issued.

After watching the time and care given to my son and his wife when they built their very own home I was very impressed with how Tim did business as were they. Tim was instrumental in providing them with a home they are very proud of. We saw it from start to finish and even we did not expect the finished piece to be so absolutely awesome. Tim was always at the other end of the phone whenever they had questions. Can’t recommend him and his team highly enough 😊

Tim has done a large number of jobs over the past few years and has always demonstrated a high level of professionalism, diligence and enthusiasm. Coupled with an extensive construction knowledge and a sharp eye for detail it is no surprise that Timit Building are doing exceptionally well! They are a great option for any job, give them a call!
