Good setup but not flexible with changes. I am building my first home and I realised I missed important items which I cannot do later but was not allowed to add those items, they just refer back to the contract saying as per the contract you cannot add anything after you have signed it. Also, they are allowed to do changes on site without notifying you to meet the "site conditions" but they won't give you another go for the items you have missed. Not flexible for first home builder as you will realise you cannot get your selection correct in the first go and will be required to add items as you

I am more than happy to give 5 ***** to Vaccaro group which involved decommissioning of Old Air Conditioners installed 20 years back and installing a new Daikin Outdoor Unit 10KW with 5 Indoor Units. Richard who initially visited my home at Bankstown 2200 and gave a quote which was revised several times based on my requested changes and after confirming a price which I compared with other 2 quotes, gave them go ahead to install on 28/10/2021. At the appointed time Dean/AC Technician, Murray/Electrician and Adrian/AC Apprentice, would like to add the most friendly Trade person you will come across

Janae was absolutely a legend! We met her for our builder's pre- schedueled electrical appointment and we had no idea going into the meeting what to expect. She guides us throughout the process as if it was her own place and shared valuable tips. She really made us feel at ease, let us ask a lot of questions and answered all of them with patience. REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF 2 OLD WALL MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW DAIKIN DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING UNIT THROUGHOUT OUR HOME. ALL THE TEAM WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL , CO ORDINATED AND ORGANISED . THEY CARRIED OUT THEIR WORK IN HALF A DAY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION. THE AIR CON IS GREAT. CANT WAIT FOR SUMMER.
