Our story starts in the year 1986 in Swan Hill Victoria. Times were tough, the future did not look overly promising, cash and capital were scarce commodities. Swan Hill Engineering was conceived as an all-out effort to get ahead with the clear possibility of failure ever present, many critics saying it wouldn't work and commenting that 70% of start-ups fail.
Our Design team are a committed and talented bunch of designers, modelers and drafts people, who live and breathe the ethos of excellence into everything Entegra does. They are the conduit between our engineering, purchasing and production teams, providing them with what they need in a timely manner.

I’ve had my Entegra for 6 months. Due to issues we only have used it 5 days and didn’t have water, tank kept emptying itself. Now the shore power will not work and battery power is working on and off. Called my dealers service and it takes 2 months before they can do anything. Sent Jayco a message and in short was told sorry, try a different dealer.
I feel like they got my money and they could care less how many trips I have to cancel. I’m sorry I wasted my money and I’m about ready to take the loss and sell it!

I know most people write posts about complaining but when you call on a Sunday can you get a call 10 minutes later and fixes the problem You really can’t complain thanks again Nathan for a great job even on a Sunday. I have owned three different coaches and the thing with Entegra They actually care and call you right back even after hours you can’t ask for more than that great service division great people to work with

Terrible service.
I have a warranty issue and just need a 5$ 2 way switch for the water part.
They sent the wrong switch to the dealer to have it switched. The dealer got so fed up with them that they ask me to call directly. I got the same run around from the rep I talked to who said only the dealer could order the part.
I asked to escalate this and they had no one to talk to.
I run a business so I can't wait to see the boiler plate response where they say"

This the first review of any product that I have purchased. The Entegra Odyssey 24B motor home that we purchased is so horrible I felt compelled to write is review.
If you’re looking for a quality product with quality service, don’t purchase an Entegra Odyssey 24B motorhome from General RV.
I am a mechanical engineer and have owned camp trailers, 5th wheels and motorhomes for the last 25 years and the Entegra Odyssey has been a lemon from the beginning.

I had the pleasure of reaching out to Entegra Coach today and had a world-class customer service experience. Nathan Burkhart in the diesel division is the kind of person you hope you get on the line when you have a need for help!
While there is no doubt that you can train for customer service the best people in that profession do it innately. You are either born with that gift or not - Nate was.

Great coach best warranty but insist on not having DIamond Shield on your coach.... Google Diamond Shield removal and you will find and sub industry starting just to remove their garbage.. Forget the lifetime warranty as it is only as good as the company....and the company sells a product that damages our RV's

My husband and I stopped at Entegra without an appointment. We were traveling back to Ohio and thought we would see if there was any way we could join in on a factory tour. They did not have any tours that day. However, the receptionist asked us to wait and Chuck Lasley came out to speak with us. Chuck (who we later found out was the General Manager!) took us on a tour. We were very impressed by the facility (layout, cleanliness, overall operation), his knowledge, their construction process and the incredible product.
