It's my mistake to trust them and bought a lot of vaccum machine from them! Same problem happen again and again and they refuse to repair it, we just used the vaccum machine for 4 mouth. Actually, I was working as a cleaner for more than 10 years, I use a lot of vaccum machine. I know the problem it's the quality problem. Because, I never use the vaccum which is a brand new one and broken in the first two weeks. So, I hope anyone want to buy the vaccum machine from them could have a chance to know their after-sales service and just take few seconds to read what I writing about.

Terrible quality vacuum. The powerhead broke three times in about two years. I was told I'd have to replace the powerhead the third time, which was around the price of the entire vacuum. Very disappointing after having spent several hundreds of dollars on what I thought was a good vacuum cleaner.

Don’t waste your money on the Polystar PS-200. Paid top price for an inferior product using poor quality materials. Only lasted 18mts and now headed for the scrap bin.
