We found John and everyone employed by Dusk Home builders extremely professional to deal with throughout the entire process. In particular they provided excellent advice and guidance in relation to the various decisions that had to be made. They completed the job in the stated timeframe and on budget.
Having done projects as owner builders it was refreshing to be able to entrust someone like John to take care of the entire process from start to finish. He was on budget, finished ahead of time, ran the cleanest worksite we've ever seen and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have recommended John and his team at Dusk Homebuilders to many friends and colleagues.

John and the team at Dusk Homebuilders did an absolutely fantastic job turning my separate kitchen, living and outdoor area into a beautifully flowing, lovely open space. I have never done a renovation before and was a bit nervous going into it but John and the team were communicative, open, and really worked with me from start to finish. The finished product is so beautiful; beyond what I had hoped for and I couldn't be more thrilled. And they did it all under time and on budget. Thank you!!!!

John and the team at Dusk have turned our dream into reality. Most people don’t talk to their builder after all is done - we will be inviting him and the team over for a BBQ and swim. He is flexible, trustworthy and easy to get along with - all the traits you need in a builder. I would only build again with Dusk. If you are looking to build your dream home in Bayside Melbourne, I highly recommend them. Happy to give my personal wxoerience to anyone who needs more help in deciding who to go with.

We built a brand new contemporary beach home in Sandringham with Dusk and found the whole experience very easy. John over-delivered constantly including on the build time. We were living in our home 6 months and 3 weeks after they started the build.
The site was clean, we were able to make changes and the tradesmen and women were always very friendly and helpful. Our overall experience was great.
