At S&RB Electrical our primary focus is on delivering timely, cost effective installations during the building stage of home developments, multi residential dwellings and commercial buildings throughout the greater Sydney region. We also undertake works relating to all aspect of the electrical trade including but not limited to Industrial, Commercial and Domestic.

S&RB Electrical is equipped and staffed to tackle any sized project. We have proven ourselves through the numerous projects we have undertaken and pride ourselves in accomplishing our projects on time and within budgets, whilst not compromising the quality of products and our delivery time. Our quality and safety plans have been in place and in practice since our establishment.

We have a simple yet effective means of monitoring productivity which involves the completion of a daily work sheet that records the area covered during the day. In addition, any unnecessary delays or problems encountered are also recorded on a daily basis. The day-sheets are completed and collected daily by our Supervisors who analyse them for productivity, as well as identifying any other problems not already passed on.

S&RB Electrical has set up controls where efficiency is maintained with our workers and by being efficient; the harmony in which our staff work within themselves and with the builders has increased. This is achieved by management being able to respond to the wants and the needs of the project quickly, therefore accomplishing tasks with the utmost efficiency.

Increased productivity has been achieved by S&RB Electrical by correctly monitoring the project, thus removing wasteful work practices which in the past may sometimes have hindered progress. Our main asset in the company's ability to increasing productivity is the employees' attitude towards their employer and their ability to work as a team within themselves and with the builder.
