Unprofessional business. Booked 2 couches to be cleaned at 7.30am before work. Got up early to make sure the house was ready to go and they didn't show up. Tried numerous times to ring them on 2 different numbers and no answer. Finally got on to someone at 9.30am when I was at work and they tell me the cleaner was sick! How about a courtesy phone call! GRRRR

Booked in to get our 3 seater couch cleaned. Not only was this left a lot more soaked that I thought, they left my lounge room a complete mess with water all over the floor and up the walls and scratches on the floor boards. Then stood at my door until I paid while I will cleaning all the mess up! Not professional and very unhappy with the service. Will not use this company again.

Scam Alert !!! Got a quote 3 rooms for $99 steam cleaned . The guy turned up .. “Your rooms are biggger than normal , it will cost you $ 30 more “ !!!
In all my rooms there is furniture eg master bedroom a Queen size bed , Lounge room 2 lounges , 3 room small bedroom with stuff in it !!!
SCAM !!! He’s there you need a varpet clean … he’s demanding more money !! Maybe if a man was home it may have been a different story ???
The work he did was fast 1/2 hour in total and seems to be ok .. but never again with this company !!!! Just be aware 👎🏼

Terrible service. Took only 20 minutes to do three sofas, left the house a mess. Left stains on the sofas and never responded after phone calls and text messages to notify of the problem. Stood at the house until paid. Very unprofessional, I think I got scammed

Please do not choose this service，especially students. They came to my room and asked money without doing any cleaning. The reason was “your room is not clean enough and you need to remove your all furnitures” The manager didn‘t told me anything about their “cleaning standard”. Those cleaners threatened me when I rejected to pay. there was only me at that time， three tall men and one woman surrounded me and said a lot of unfriendly things. They didn‘t me treat like a customer and disrespected me at all.

Got my parents lounges cleaned and was told that the pet hair would be lifted, and all the shampooing and deodorising would be done and then Scotch guarded and all used with hot water to clean it thorough. Not only did they use cold water but it wasn't Scotch guarded and the pet hair is still on it. I was told they would be coming back out to re-do the lounge suite but have not heard anything since and are now ignoring my emails.
