Tenmen was recommended to me by a friend for my solar supply and install. It was very professional from quote to final install. Although the install was delayed due to multiple episodes of bad weather the communication was clear and prompt. The electricians installed the solar unit so it is practical, looks great and they even cleaned up after themselves. That's a win! I would definitely recommend Tenmen electrical if your interested in this service.

Hi my name is Laura and i googled solar repair electricians and found these guys. Had a couple of other people to look at my problem with my solar panels and big power bills, but didn't have any luck.
I'm so so happy i found Tenmen Electrical, they were very friendly, very quick to come out and very efficient while finally fixing my problem, i only wish i had found them at the very beginning.

I started to gurney the driveway and after 10 minutes the power cut out so I called Tenmen electrical and spoke to Sophie who rather than send someone out for a problem that maybe could be fixed over the phone, she guided me through some problem solving techniques which unfortunately did not solve my problem so Sophie booked a technician in and followed up with a text advising that he would be at my place between a certain timeframe that very afternoon and he would call me when he was on the way and sure enough he did call but my phone was on silent so I missed the call and he turned up. Tenmen installed a new aircon in my home and it didn't work straight up the first time. the young bloke came and had to regas the unit. it still displays errors along with a very loud crashing sound and P4 which is a inverter compressor drive error. i have contacted them to no avail. i cannot believe that a company will not honour their commitment to honest customer service especially in this era of social media. i wonder if anyone from the company will respond to this review?

This company offers great service. We've used them for a variety of jobs around the house, getting lights installed, oven and cooktop replaced and some loose wiring fixed, and have met a few of their team members. Every single one has been polite, efficient and good at what they do. Highly recommended!
