Services
1. Hot Water Extraction (or 'Steam Cleaning') This method is performed by applying a pre-spray to the carpet fibres and then hot water is injected into the fibres to dislodge the dirt particles, rinse and then it is extracted away leaving your carpet clean and fresh. The 2nd method we perform is called "Encapsulation" (Low moisture).

I contacted Glen as my father had had a fall in his bedroom and I had a terrible blood stain that had dried into the carpet. He was super professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about carpets. Glen was extremely communicative, keeping me advised of when he would be coming and how he would go about trying to remove the stain. I also had Glen clean the other bedroom carpets whilst at my property and he was very thorough and did a fantastic job but unfortunately the stain was very resistent. Glen returned a week later, AT NO CHARGE, and almost completely removed the stain on the 2nd visit

Glen is very professional he did our carperts and couch that were stained and dirty. We were getting ready for our son to be born. He was on time and pays attention to details. After Glen was finished the carpets and couch looked brand new and smelt great. It was like a new house again. Glen is an honest guy and knows what he does. He doesn't bit around the bush. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
