We engaged Derek's Garages to build us a custom designed brick garage to fit into an irregularly shaped block of land situated in an area with a heritage overlay. Without the design involvement of an architect, Derek helped us, step by step, realize our wishes. There were a few small challemges that we had to surmount and at each stage Derek was highly collaborative and desirous to meetour wishes.
