Classic constructions are a fantastic building company to deal with. We had been following the company for well over 10 years before having the perfect opportunity to work with them during 2020-2021.
Every person we dealt with from the office to their preferred suppliers were amazing. We were kept informed, consulted and they acted promptly on all our decisions and wishes - no matter how difficult it was.
They provided us with all the information necessary at each stage of our build. We were impacted slightly with the pandemic and supply issues and they dealt with those issues promptly and updated

The workmanship inside the house is appalling. My skirting boards are coming away from the walls, the corner joins don’t meet neatly, the silicone the carpenter used is all breaking away from the door surrounds.
The painters did a terrible job as well.
The paint is cracking in some rooms at the corners I had them back and they repainted, it is cracking again. I have had a professional plasterer in and he told me the gyprock wasn’t stopped properly that is the reason for the cracking of the paint.
Just to name of few issues.

Classic Constructions completed my new home at Denman Prospect in June 2019. My experience with this builder was very positive up until I signed the contract with them. From that point on I would describe my experience as truly appalling. I strongly recommend anyone thinking of using this builder contact as many of their current and recent clients as possible before making a decision. I would also suggest you read the 'Ultimate guide to building a new home' on the domain website and especially the article on the hidden tricks and traps you need to look out for when signing a building contract.

Classic constructions accessed our property without permission to do work on their construction next door and left our driveway gate wide open and unattended. Fortunately, our two dogs did not escape. We are not impressed with their lack of concern for the property of others. Thank goodness we didn't have a young child who could have wandered off. STOP PRESS 12 Jul 19: To their credit, they sent their foreman to apologise and assured us that it would not happen again. I will raise my rating as a result, from one star to four stars. Thank you Classic Constructions for taking responsibility.

We recently moved into the second home built for us by Classic Constructions, which was completed on time to the day, and on budget.
The back-up provided by the Client Liaison meant that selection decisions and variations throughout the build were agreed ahead of works occurring, and thus the progressive total was able to be managed to remain within inital contract sum.
Our new home was delivered as a design & construct, and we are well pleased that our design brief was listened to, and helpful suggestions made to deliver a design that addresses our key requirements, whilst making efficiencies
