I have know Daryl Koolen for a number of years now and that was through word of mouth by other obviously satisfied customers. Daryl's company has installed a number of units in our house and we are very pleased with his service. His team arrives on the agreed day and time always, the quality of work is very good and tidy. Fantastic job Kool Air! A big thanks to Matt, Caleb and Max for such a well organised and professional job. They arrived when promised and had the installation done in a flash. I was also impressed with the clean up when they were finished. Thanks also to Daryl for his expertise on the best location for the 3 units and his explanation of the Government Rebate (What a great saving).
I love the Daikin Alira X model with Wi-Fi, its great to be able to turn on the unit remotely and come home to a warm house. An absolute pleasure doing business with you from start to finish.

We just had Daryl & his team come & quote to replace our old split system. From the time it was quoted until the new one was installed was less than a week. Our new DAIKIN ALIRA X is just amazing. The built in WiFi let's me turn it on before I get home & getting home to a nice warm home is just fantastic. The Victorian government REBATE program organised through them saved us another $650 from the price quoted. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with my new installation done by koolair. Everyone was super professional and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with removal and final fit off. I couldn't get better service thankyou. Ps if you looking to replace that outdated gas heater. The vic gov gives a rebate for installation of split systems.

5 Happily recommend Darryl & his team at Kool Air. from quoting to installation was excellent. Darryl gave great advice & recommending the Daikin FTXM50WVMA split system which is fantastic. Very impressed with his crew who were polite & did a superb installation & importantly left the job cleaning up behind them. Government rebate was all handled by them too. All paperwork was excellent & included electrical certificates. As I had the old gas space heater the contractor they use was also prompt & again excellent work.
