I can't thank Fred enough for his incredibly professional and thorough work today to help us ensure our home will be mice free. I was extremely disturbed to discover mice in our home last night and he was able to get here today at the exact time I would be available and he took the time to explain the bait strategy and how it would help us get rid of the mice for good. He was extremely professional yet friendly and personable. Highly recommend and looking forward to having all our future pest control needs met.

Dylan did a good job doing a general pest spray and treatment around our home. He was very approachable and polite, and answered all my questions clearly. The only problem I had on the day was Dylan running about one hour late which seemed to be not his fault but overbooking by the head office. For next time, it would be appreciated if the booking team could contact / call the impacted clients ahead of time if the technician will be late. I ended up calling several times to get an ETA as I needed to reschedule my own work meetings at home.

We have just had David out to 'Pest Free' our apartment. Great service, on time, very pleasant person, and are seeing results right away! Dead cockroaches everywhere! Just had to renew our dishwasher (still under warranty but not covered for these little pests) and our coffee machine. Thank you, we will strongly recommend to all our other apartment owners. Emma who I spoke to on the phone was very easy to deal with, had all the information ready to answer my questions, offered a good discount and sent the quote to me instantly. Dylan who did the treatment was also very professional. He thoughtfully checked that my baby wasn't sleeping because he didn't want to wake him, and moved his pram out of the way to make sure no chemicals were sprayed on it. I can't say how effective the treatment was yet, but they offer a 6 month warranty so I'm not worried about that. Would happily use this service again.
