I can only share my highest score for all the services, end to end, I received from the company and Nick. The whole process took just a few days to get my apartment electric board back on track. I had 50 years old panel, switches and fuses. These started to gave me surprises with constant power outages. Nick and his colleague helped to bring it up to the proper shape and installed the proper MPD and Switchboard, on time and with high quality. Without doubt I will highly recommend them! Thanks guys

Nick is the most professional Electrician I've worked with, not only does he do the electrical work impeccably, he also helped us get approval from our Strata to do the works in the first place! He brings his own box for cleaning up the rubbish and takes it away once the job's finished. First class service and reasonable prices. Could not recommend Plateau enough.

This was the second time I've had Plateau Electrical in the house to fix a tricky problem. Mitch was tasked with fixing an old bathroom extractor fan, an obscure model that took some time to source - nothing is ever easy! Once it was procured, he was able to fix the whole thing in minimum time. Great work from the whole team to find the part, fit me into the busy schedule and then install it with minimum fuss. I would have no hesitation in using Plateau Electrical for any future work. Highly recommended.

From the time of the initial call, to the work being completed, it was a seamless process. I was advised when the tech would be attending and contacted as he was approaching. We had a recurring problem that appeared intermittently over the last few years where a circuit would trip. No one could seem to find the problem which would eventually go away. Last time it happened we tried Nick from Plateau Electrical. He nailed it very quickly. A corroding switch from the moisture near a dishwasher, problem solved. Love the work and professionalism. Very transparent on the pricing and work scope.
