Great Experience Buying Wool Carpet From This Top Notch Family Business called One Source Flooring on the Gold Coast. I bought wool carpet for 2 bedrooms and a home office. Aaron helped me with colour selection, and I'm so happy I chose a cream colour because it makes the rooms look bigger, brighter and cleaner, and matches my natural white walls.
The install guys were so efficient and friendly and got the carpet laid quickly. I love my new carpets. They feel so good under bare feet. One Source Flooring leaves all those chain carpet stores in the dust. They provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

One Source were outstanding from start to finish. Sam was outstanding in the showroom in assisting us choose the correct carpet for our needs. Aaron was timely and super professional on the measure and quote, the latter of which met our expectations. Ryan and Dale were very friendly and efficient and tidy doing the install. And Jacinta was very efficient and accurate with the invoicing and documentation. Can't recommend this local business highly enough and would use them again for our flooring needs in a heartbeat. Kris attended our home to measure up. He did not have the carpet we had been quoted by their opposition, so he got in and we then attended the shop to confirm it was the same and then quoted it. The pricing was much better, so we placed an order and paid the deposit. 2 days before the appointment to lay it, we got a courtesy reminder. The team turned up on time and could not be faulted.
They moved furniture, and went about their install in a friendly professional way, cleaning up before leaving. The carpet has transformed our home. Thank you to everyone that was involved. Noting could be faulted from Kris to final payment. Excellent and highly recommended.

So happy I found this little gem during my search. Aaron, Owner, came home, was genuine and honest about the products, outlined pros and cons and very attentive to my needs. Than the installer came and it got even better! Peter is very very VERY professional, installation came out beautiful, skirting boards returned as if nothing has changed and the 3 bedrooms plus stairs are cleaner then before installation! Done plenty of Reno's before and I can honestly vouch for them being one of the top out there. If I could give Aaron and his team a 6 star rating I certainly would! I started off by dealing with a couple of the big carpet places but was pleasantly surprised that Aaron actually takes pride in providing genuine excellent customer service. From start to finish the communication and timing were perfect. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in picking the "right" carpet, is competitive in pricing, the carpet layers were meticulous, professional and friendly. We were thrilled with One Source Flooring from the very start. I organised to have three quotes and Aaron was the first up for the morning. His expertise, knowledge and manner was second to none and the other companies were lack luster in comparison. Price wise One Source Flooring were not the cheapest but the difference was insignificant when evaluating the service.
The carpet layers (one was Aaron's brother) were punctual on the day and their estimation of how long the job would take was spot on. Their workmanship was excellent and the carpet was fully vacuumed when completed. We would not hesitate in recommending One Source Flooring for your carpet needs.

One source flooring are amazing I had my home done by them in this awesome commercial grade carpet so tough and also comfy haha. They have done my house and they also did a student apartment block flooring and the bathroom tiles really nice finish there Tiler's are great too. Would highly recommend them. The big boss Aaron is nice guy and really smart about flooring technology and housing trends. Look forward to seeing there new showroom.

Such great service, prompt delivery and installation of our carpet- even when I wasn't home. We have had our unit on the market for a long time, starting to get interested buyers at inspections again after a new paint job, but couldn't get an offer at all. I was really losing hope we would sell but decided to try new carpet as a last option. The next weekend we had 3 offers and the unit was sold 4 days later at our price!
