Mastercraft did a fantastic job on both our bathrooms, it’s been my best experience with tradesmen. This owes much to Raymond and Krystal’s business operations which means all the work is punctual, professional and seamless. Raymond goes above and beyond to achieve quality work and is responsive. The other tradesmen were on time and completed the work to spec. Vincent is a great tiler and knowledgeable about many things, including culture, travel and Korean movies. Raymond and his team changed my 95 year old mother's bathroom to be elderly/disabled friendly! He has done an excellent job checking regulations throughout to ensure it meets the relevant requirements. He completed the bathroom today which was exactly the date he told us he would finish! Just had our bathroom and toilet renovated by the Mastercraft team. Raymond and his team made the whole process from quoting, product selection to commencement of renovation very easy. Took longer than expected due to a couple of unforeseen problems along the way but worth the wait. Attention to detail is first class. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
