Roof Renewals specialises in roof coatings, ridge capping, roof ventilation, gutters, downpipes and whirlybirds using a range of high quality products. When restoring and re-pairing a tiled roof all broken tiles are replaced and ridge caps are re-pointed using Flexi Point flexible mortar and the roof is given two coats of Nutech roof paint.
We specialise in gutter installation and replacement, in addition to supplying and fixing downpipes. Using only genuine COLORBOND(R) all our gutters and down pipes are backed by BlueScope Steel with a warranty of 20 years. Ask us today about our various gutter and downpipe profiles, shapes and sizes.
We install residential and commercial Whirlybirds which can reduce mould and moisture in the winter and remove up to 80% of roof heat in summer. Running on free wind energy Whirlybirds are a perfect ecofriendly and cost effective way to cool your house in summer. Our whirlybirds are manufactured locally with steel bearings and come with a full 10 year warranty.

Out of 4 contractors I emailed, these guys were the only ones to respond.
I couldn't meet the time they wanted, so they made adjustments to suit me.
They were professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
They cleaned up afterwards, more than I expected, so thanks fellas 😁

Matt and his team at Roof Renewals did a great job in replacing the gutters and downpipes at my brother's place in Gosnells late last year.
The team also re-coated our house roof, replacing broken tiles, and repointing where necessary. The tiles were cleaned, sealed and coated with two coats of paint. They also installed a whirlybird where we requested .
After our recommendation, my friend in South Perth had the gutters replaced on her house by Matt;s team.
We highly recommend the work of Roof Renewals, done on time and on quoted price.

Matt and his crew replaced all my gutters, re-pointed all of my ridge caps and changed out my down pipes. Originally being quoted for 2days worth of work..the boys managed to smash it all out in a day! Their work standard is very professional and they cleaned up all their mess upon completion. Matt was very responsive to phone calls and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had about the tasks being completed.

Roof Renewals recently replaced all my gutters and down pipes, Unlike other trades I have used in the past they turned up on time and called before as promised. As I hadn't cleaned my gutters in a long time there was a lot of mess which Matt and his team completely clean up, New gutters look great, Thanks Matt
