Very poor customer service. I had a complex wholesale order which they refused to even provide a quote on. Was expecting better based on the other reviews....

We had two large folding arm awnings installed several years ago by Perfect Blinds. They look great, are well made and from memory were the best price compared to other quotes we received from similar reputable companies .
Several weeks ago and despite having a wind sensor a freak gust of wind ripped one of the awnings from the arms before they had time to retract. It was no one’s fault really just Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. Despite being a Friday afternoon as soon as I called the office they reassured me this would be covered under warranty and not to worry . I can’t remember the

We are really happy with our new blinds. They look great and I particularly like having them motorised. And the extra device that allows us to use my phone to control them is wonderful. No more looking for a remote! And the ability to program schedules for their automatic opening and closing is soooo good.
We will be getting a new sofa soon, so the ability to have the blinds to go down in the morning when they will get direct sunlight, then up around lunchtime will help prevent fading/sun damage.
Suzi visited our place twice to help with our choices. We really appreciated her opinions and ideas

We have installed plantation shutters and roller blinds with some motorised rollers.
Great product and very cost effective blinds with plenty of options to suite our budget.

Had Brook come out and measure and quote my house via recommendation from my family. And couldn't be more happy with the high quality of fabrics and the prompt turn over .
The installer did amazing and took extra care of our new home.

3 major problems with this company.
1 . My mother rang to get a measure and quote and was talked to really rudely from the admin .
2 They sent out a rep who would not explain the products prop which left me really confused but the rep was to busy saying she was late for her next appointment.
3 . When receiving the quote they def had the highest prices across the board when it comes to the blind companies we have already received quotes from. The rep said it's because it's all made there in the factory and all Australian made fabrics.

Perfect blinds have supplied curtains & shutters for several properties for me over the past 5 years.
I have been happy with their friendly & professional service & their products have always enhanced
the rooms .

Perfect Blinds fitted out our lounge room and 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. They were very prompt, reasonably priced and professional. We were really happy with the results and the quality. When we recently had a problem with one of the motors/blinds, the fitters came out twice and were extremely patient and helpful - particularly as it was our fault and not theirs. We highly recommend them.

On the 10th Nov 2017 our blinds were measured by a lovely lady from Perfect Blinds who was very professional. She informed me that our blinds would take at most 8 weeks to be ready and installed but I allowed some extra time due to Christmas. Here we are nearly 32 weeks later and the job has finally been completed today. Not once did this company… ring to apologise or inform me of the delays. I had to ring them and ask to speak to the manager on several occasions. And not once was any compensation offered for our inconvenience. Perfect blinds you are not!!! Just had some plantation shutters installed and was so impressed with the service. Very professional and quick. New owners of the business and they take such care of their customers. A friend of mine referred me to these guys as she was so happy with the work and price. Will definitely b recommending these guys to family and friends. Great job guys

Firstly the wrong blinds were installed in my living room. Then after waiting 10 weeks for plantation shutters, they lost one of the shutter panels. Now, I’m told I’ll have to wait 3 weeks for the missing panel to be installed!! And I’m expected to feel grateful that they’re “squeezing” the installation in so soon when they have other bookings that week! Not good enough. And not the service you’d expect when you’re paying over $10,000 for blinds.

Very happy with my blinds. The turnaround time was good. I wasn't here for the install, but my mother raved on about how impressed she was with Matt who came to install the blinds. He was very polite and helpful, working quickly and tidying up after himself. Thank you!
