To blend the new extension seamlessly into the original fabric of this 1928 Ascot property and update the interior and exterior with modern luxury whilst retaining the original Spanish French style and charm. Extensions to the home included a main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, new kitchen, two additional bedrooms with ensuites, an outdoor entertaining area, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.
To furnish this large home to a high standard, which evokes a sophisticated yet resort style finish, for holiday rentals to the Asian golf tour market sector. With clients with a love for the colour red - we needed to source furniture, mirrors, wall papers and furnishings that worked in with the existing red hued timber floors.
To ensure the newly built luxurious two storey mansion in Mt Tamborine was finished to the highest quality, evoking design and style reminiscent of European grandeur. We worked closely with the client to choose elegant finishes for each room including beautiful featured ceilings, stunning chandeliers, european marble, textured wallpapers, handcrafted carpets and a collection of rich fabrics for drapes, throws and cushions.

I met Danka in her shop and found her passion, knowledge and willing to give so much for someone who walked in off the street with a simple enquiry on wallpaper. She offered to come to my home and give me a walk through my home and suggest her ideas. I was absolutely amazed with how fast she thinks and makes suggestions and watched for my body language on feedback. I took all her advice and used her quality, professional tradespeople and the results are fantastic. Such a humble lady, with a huge heart and brilliant ideas for anyone's budget.
